1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Arrow Glide Run! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrow Glide Run mobile game (the "Game") developed by CodeSL ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Game.

2. Game License

2.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Game for any commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Use any unauthorized third-party software or cheating tools

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

3.1 Fair Play Policy

Arrow Glide Run is designed to be enjoyed fairly by all players. You agree to:

• Play the Game using only the official version from authorized app stores
• Not use any cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits
• Not manipulate game data or attempt to gain unfair advantages
• Respect other players in leaderboards and social features

3.2 Violations and Consequences

Violation of our fair play policy may result in:

• Removal from leaderboards
• Loss of game progress or achievements
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Termination of your license to use the Game

4. User Accounts and Progress

4.2 Game Progress

While we strive to preserve your game progress, we cannot guarantee that your data will always be available. We recommend regularly backing up your progress through available cloud save features.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

5.1 Virtual Currency and Items

The Game may offer virtual currency or other virtual items for purchase. These virtual items:

• Have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• Are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies
• May expire or become inaccessible if you violate these Terms
• Are licensed, not sold, to you
• Cannot be transferred to other users or accounts

5.2 Payment Terms and Refunds

All purchases are processed through your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms and conditions. CodeSL does not process payments directly.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of virtual items at any time. Price changes will not affect virtual items already purchased.

5.4 Fraudulent Purchases

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against fraudulent purchases, including account suspension and cooperation with law enforcement.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play Arrow Glide Run.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, artwork, animations, and visual effects
• Music, sound effects, and audio content
• Game mechanics, rules, and algorithms
• Characters, storylines, and game world
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

are owned by CodeSL or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to create or share content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Game Availability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

• The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs or issues will be corrected
• The Game will be compatible with all devices
• Your game progress will always be preserved

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Updates and Modifications

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the Game from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Game or other players.

11. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

Arrow Glide Run is designed to be suitable for players of all ages and does not contain inappropriate content for children.

11.2 Children Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)

Parental Consent Required: If you are under 13 years old, you must have verifiable parental consent before:

• Downloading and installing the Game
• Creating any type of account or profile
• Making any in-app purchases
• Participating in online features (leaderboards, etc.)

11.3 Parental Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child's use of the Game
• Supervising any in-app purchases
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms
• Contacting us if they have concerns about their child's data

11.4 Teen Users (13-17)

Users between 13-17 years old may use the Game but should have parental guidance regarding in-app purchases and online interactions.

12. Platform-Specific Terms

12.1 Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the Game
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game
• If the Game fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

12.2 Google Play Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Game from Google Play Store, you acknowledge that:

• Google is not responsible for the Game or its content
• Google has no obligation to provide support for the Game
• Google is not liable for any damages relating to the Game
• You must comply with Google Play Store Terms of Service

13. Export Compliance and Restricted Use

You acknowledge that the Game may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Export or re-export the Game to any restricted countries
• Use the Game in violation of any export laws
• Allow access to the Game by individuals on government restricted lists

14. Accessibility and Disability Accommodation

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CodeSL is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration Clause

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

16. Force Majeure

CodeSL will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

17. Updates and Modifications to Game

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

18. Survival of Terms

The following sections will survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Disputes, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeSL regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
